Suspect sought in armed Windsor robbery

Windsor police have arrested one suspect and are looking for another after a weekend robbery.

It happened around 6 a.m. Sunday at a convenience store on Seminole Street near Pillette Road. Officers were told that a man and a woman entered the store, and the man threatened the clerks with a weapon.

The pair soon left the store with stolen merchandise and were then seen getting into a black Chevrolet Malibu parked in the area of Seminole Street and Arthur Road. The car was then driven northbound on Arthur.

The store employees were not hurt.

About a half-hour after officers responded to the convenience store robbery, the suspect vehicle was stopped by police on Reginald Street near Ford Boulevard. It was being driven by a woman matching the suspect description. The woman was arrested without incident.

The 39-year-old woman is charged with two counts of robbery with a weapon.

The 36-year-old male, is wanted for two counts of robbery with a weapon, plus one count of breach of probation. He is considered armed and dangerous since the weapon has not been recovered.

Dodd is described as a white male, large build, 5'10", and weighing 200 lbs., with brown hair with green eyes.

If you see Dodd, do not approach him yourself. Call 911 immediately.

Windsor police would also like to speak to anyone in the areas of Seminole Street between Arthur Road and Pillette Road, and Reginald Street near Ford Boulevard; who may have security camera footage to share.
