Two pop-up vaccination clinics in the region on Friday

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit has two pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinics on Friday.

Both clinics are at arenas in Windsor.

Between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., vaccines are available at the Adie Knox Herman Arena at 1551 Wyandotte Street West, and at Forest Glade Arena at 3205 Forest Glade Drive.

First, second, and booster shots are available, and pop-up clinics are available for walk-ins only.

The mass vaccination clinic at Devonshire Mall is still open from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The one at Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare is closed on Monday for Family Day but is open from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

A third vaccine clinic at St. Anne Catholic High School in Belle River was cancelled due to the winter storm.

In Kingsville, the Grovedale House Community Hall clinic is open every Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Hours have also been extended on February 23 and March 1 from 11:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
