The Windsor Police Service is looking for two suspects involved in an armed robbery earlier this month.
Around 5 a.m. on February 15, police were called to a convenience store on Seminole Street near Pillette Road. It was reported that the suspect waved a firearm at a store employee and stole some cash and other items before taking off on foot west on Seminole Street. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a white woman with a thin build wearing a black jacket with a blue jacket underneath, a grey backpack, gloves, and a black face mask with a design.
Police reviewed video surveillance that showed the female suspect meeting up with a man down the street. The man is described as White, with a medium build, and wearing a dark-coloured jacket with a fur hood, dark-coloured pants, and black shoes.
The Major Crime Unit is actively investigating this incident and requesting anyone in the area between the 4300-block and 4600-block of Seminole Street with video surveillance and dash cams to check their footage for any possible evidence.
