Police looking for vehicle involved in shooting

The Windsor Police Service has identified a vehicle suspected to be involved in a shooting last week.

Police were called to Buckingham Drive near South National Street around 12:30 a.m. Friday for reports of shots fired. Investigators found several shell casings and a vehicle with bullet holes in the area. There were no injuries reported.

Through their initial investigation, officers obtained an image of the suspected vehicle from surveillance video. The suspect vehicle is described as a black Dodge or Chrysler model.

Police are looking for further information about the vehicle. They are asking anyone in the area with surveillance cameras to check their footage for possible evidence. They are specifically looking for footage on April 22 between 12 a.m. and 1 a.m. on Buckingham Drive between Reginald Street and South National Street, on South National Street south of Buckingham, southbound on Norman Road from South National, and southbound on Olive Road from South National.
