The Windsor Police Service has arrested the outstanding suspect in a shooting outside a bowling alley last month.
On April 9, five people were shot outside the Superbowl Lanes on Tecumseh Road East near Forest Glade Drive. All victims are recovering from their injuries.
In the days after the incident, police identified and arrested five suspects in connection with the shooting. Three people were charged with five counts of attempted murder and two others are facing accessory charges.
Investigators received information that the outstanding suspect Fernando Ratcliffe, 22, was in the Greater Toronto Area. They made arrangements with a third party to meet the suspect in the London area.
"Our major crime unit investigators made arrangements to transport Mr. Ratcliffe to a facility where our investigators could receive him. At approximately 12:30 a.m. this morning [Wednesday] Major Crime Unit investigators met with Mr. Ratcliffe and arrested him without incident," said Acting Super Intendent Karel DeGraaf.

Ratcliffe,22, is charged with five counts of attempted murder, reckless discharge of a firearm, and occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm.
"The investigation is still ongoing. We still have an outstanding firearm that we are looking for and we continue to ask for the public's assistance in any aspect of this investigation," said DeGraaf.
Police have not specified what type of firearm was used in the incident.
