Police arrested a 21-year-old man without incident, and he's charged with mischief under $5,000.

The OPP said he'll appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor.

Police remind residents if they see criminal activity, they can call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or *OPP (677) on their cell phone.
