Fortunately, injuries in both crashes on Monday night were minor, but they caused a lot of damage.
The first was around 5:15 p.m. on Howard Avenue just south of Edinborough Street, where a vehicle smashed into the Dari Delite.
Windsor Police said the driver was in medical distress and the vehicle crashed through the building.
Photos on social media showed severe damage to the building.
The second crash was on Ojibway Street at Mark Avenue around 11 p.m.
Two vehicles collided, and one caught fire.
The driver of one vehicle was taken to the hospital.
Ojibway Street was closed most of the night.
