The Ontario Provincial Police has laid charges after a crash on Manning Road last summer.
Just before 8 p.m. on June 28, the OPP, paramedics, and firefighters from Lakeshore Fire Rescue responded to a crash involving a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer.
The driver and a passenger in the smaller vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to the hospital.
The OPP said the investigation into the collision has wrapped up now, and a 19-year-old man faces a charge of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
The accused will appear in a Windsor courtroom at a later date.
