Windsor Fire and Rescue Services said the fire on Grove Avenue started just before 1 a.m. Thursday.
Firefighters quickly got the fire under control, and reported there are no injuries.
It caused around $200,000 in damage.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
