Active police investigation on E.C. Row

You may notice a police presence along the E.C. Row Expressway between Central Avenue and Jefferson Boulevard.

Windsor police are currently conducting an investigation.

Police are asking drivers to please slow down and use caution while driving in the area.

The nature of the investigation has not been disclosed.
