Windsor Police were called to the intersection of Tecumseh Road East and Kildare Road around 3 p.m. for a report of a collision involving a pedestrian.
The intersection was closed for several hours for an investigation.
At this time, no criminal charges have been laid.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
