The father of two young children died of multiple gunshot wounds after the incident outside of a daycare centre.
Just over a week later, officers arrested 25-year-old Hussein Al-Hayawi and charged him with first-degree murder, but Calloo has continued to evade investigators.
Calloo was 26-years-old at the time of the shooting. He is black with short black hair and brown eyes. Police say the 6'3" man, weighing 245 lbs, should be considered armed and dangerous.
"Anyone who helps Malique Calloo evade arrest can be charged with accessory to murder, which carries a possible sentence of life imprisonment," said a statement on Twitter from the Windsor Police Service.
Anyone with information about Calloo's whereabouts is encouraged to call the Windsor Police Major Crimes Unit at 519-255-6700 ext. 4830 or Crime Stoppers at 519-258-8477. Tips are accepted online at www.catchcrooks.com.
