Motorcyclist seriously injured after crash near Walker Gates neighbourhood

A 30-year-old motorcyclist is in hospital with severe, life-threatening injuries after a collision in the Walker Gates area.

Windsor police said the collision involving a motorcycle and sports utility vehicle happened at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday in the area of Holburn Street and Barton Street.

The 30-year-old man driving the motorcycle was taken to hospital with severe, life-threatening injuries.

The area was closed for several hours as members of the traffic unit attended and processed the scene.
