Group of teens charged in downtown stabbing

Windsor police have identified five suspects wanted in connection to a stabbing in downtown Windsor Sunday morning.

The suspects were identified as two 13-year-olds, a 15-year-old, a 16-year-old, and a 17-year-old.

The incident happened around 4:30 a.m. in the area of Dougall Avenue and Chatham Street. The victim reported a group threw rocks at him, sprayed him with a noxious substance, and stabbed him. He had non-life-threatening injuries.

Windsor Police Constable Bianca Jackson said the teens all face assault-related charges.
