The Windsor Police Arson Unit is investigating an early morning house fire on Hall Avenue.
Firefighters arrived at a house on Hall Avenue between Assumption Street and Wyandotte Street East just before 1:30 a.m.
No one was hurt, and the fire was out an hour later.
Investigators believe the fire was set deliberately and it caused $200,000 damage.
Earlier, Windsor Police said damage was $150,000.

Police urge those living near the fire to check their security cameras or dash cams for any footage that may help investigators.

It is the second time in 24 hours that arson investigators were called to the scene of a house fire in the city. They are also looking into the cause of a blaze on Windsor Avenue near Tuscarora Street that displaced four people and caused $100,000 in damage.
