A second suspect has been arrested in connection to an aggravated assault in downtown Windsor over the weekend.
Early Saturday, a 26-year-old man was severely beaten near the intersection of Pelissier Street and University Avenue. He was taken to the hospital where he remains in critical condition.
After police held a news conference Tuesday, a 25-year-old turned himself in at the Windsor Police headquarters. He was charged with aggravated assault.
Another 25-year-old was also arrested and charged.

Investigators identified an 18-year-old suspect who is still at large. Demarcus Parker is wanted on a charge of aggravated assault. He is described as a Black man, approximately 6’ tall, with a medium build, brown eyes and short black hair.
Police are still looking to identify two other suspects.
The first suspect is described as a Middle Eastern man in his early 20s. He's around 5'10" -6" tall with black hair and a beard. He wore a Chicago Bulls basketball cap, a black shirt, black pants, and red running shoes.
The second suspect is described as a Black man in his early 20s who is around 5'10"-6', with short dreadlocks. He wore a black jacket, grey sweatpants with black trim on pockets, and black Jordan running shoes.
