A 39-year-old woman has been arrested after police said she stole the identities of at least three people.
Windsor police say the woman was arrested on June 29.
According to investigators, the woman allegedly obtained personal information from at least three female victims, then proceeded to manipulate their information on fraudulent licences by using her photo instead.
Now the woman is facing three counts apiece of fraud under $5,000, personation, identity theft, unlawful possession of another person's identity documents, and unlawful possession of a counterfeit mark.
The charges have not been proven in court.
