A suspect has been arrested in connection to sexual assaults involving minors that happened in the city's east end.
Between June 20 and July 12, Windsor police received complaints that two minors were inappropriately touched in public by a suspicious man who drove a black 4-door SUV. The assaults happened in parking lots near Tecumseh Road East and Lauzon Parkway.
Police identified a 34-year-old man who turned himself into Windsor Police Headquarters Monday.
He is charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, indecent exposure, invitation to sexual touching and criminal harassment.
Investigators are asking people to check their dashcam video for footage of a black SUV in the parking lots around this intersection.
