Windsor Fire and Rescue Services (WFRS) responded to a structure fire on Felix Avenue at around 9:25 p.m. Saturday.
Fire crews quickly determined that everyone was out of the house before they began to knock down the flames. The fire department reported that the fire was under control within half an hour of their arrival.
As of 10:05 p.m., fire officials confirmed that an investigator was working to determine the cause of the blaze.
On Sunday morning, WFRS estimated the damages at $250,000. One person has been displaced from their home, but no injuries have been reported.
It was later determined that the fire had been deliberately set in a back bedroom of the house.
The Windsor police have now taken over the investigation.
