Windsor Police say a 28-year-old man turned himself in at police headquarters over the weekend after a case of criminal harassment.
Around 10 a.m. on Friday, a woman told officers an unknown man followed her in his vehicle on College Avenue between California Avenue and Crawford Avenue.
It happened around 9:30 a.m. that morning.
Police found surveillance video of the man and his vehicle and released a description of him to the public.
The suspect arrived at police headquarters at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
An update on X said the suspect was arrested but did not specify what charges he faces.
