One of the biggest draws Caesars Windsor has ever had will return for another date in the new year.
Comedian Russell Peters, who has had sold-out audiences laughing at his irreverent, politically-incorrect humour for years, will return to the Colosseum for one show on January 13, 2024.
The Toronto native is one of Rolling Stone's 50 Best Comics of All Time. Performing since he was 19, Peters had worked in both Canada and the U.K. for 15 years, before getting his break with a TV special in 2004. Since then, Peters became the first comedian to sell out Toronto's Scotiabank Arena and has also set attendance records at venues like Madison Square Garden, the O2 Arena in London, and the Sydney Opera House in Australia.
Peters has won numerous awards in Canada and the U.S. His most recent TV series, "The Indian Detective", set Canadian TV viewing records and became a hit on Netflix.
Caesars Rewards members will have their first crack at tickets for the show, starting Wednesday at 10 a.m. Tickets to the general public go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through the Caesars Windsor website or Ticketmaster. The Box Office is open Saturday and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. and on show days from noon to 10 p.m.
