Windsor police have arrested three suspects after two people were shot with a pellet gun on Halloween night.
The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Tecumseh Road East and Howard Avenue. Police say a woman and her child were standing at the intersection when a passenger in a moving vehicle shot at them with a pellet gun.
Both were treated for minor injuries. The adult was hit in the arm, and the child was struck on the left side of their face.
Security camera images of the vehicle have been released. The vehicle is described as an older red or orange sedan with several unique stickers on the rear window.
