The parking garage is near Toronto Metropolitan University.
Police arrived on the scene around 7:17 p.m., and paramedics tried to resusitate 27-year-old Parmvir Chahil, but were unsuccessful.

Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
