Provided by the Windsor Police Service. Police are hoping someone can help them identify a suspect accused of fraudulently using a debit card.
The suspect is alleged to have entered withdrawn $800 in cash from a bank on Tecumseh Road near Aubin Road with a debit card that a previous customer accidentally left in the ATM.
The suspect is described as a Black man who is around 18-25 years old with a medium build and dreadlocks.
