B&E suspect arrested

A Windsor man was arrested after several break-ins and attempted break-ins in November.

During one incident, over $10,000 in designer sunglasses were stolen from a business on Wyandotte Street near St. Paul Avenue.

In all but one incident, the suspect smashed the glass of the businesses to get inside.

Members of the Target Base Unit identified a 37-year-old suspect. On December 1, he was found at a home on Charles Street.

He is facing multiple charges of break and enter, attempted break and enter, theft under $5,000, wearing a face mask or disguise, and operating a motor vehicle while prohibited.

He is also facing charges related to an outstanding warrant for an unrelated investigation.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and anyone with information should contact the Target Base Unit at 519-255-6700, ext. 4350.
