On Saturday, Windsor police officers were called to the Ouellette Campus of Windsor Regional Hospital after an unconscious unidentified man was admitted.

Officers learned the victim was found in a ditch on the 600 block of E.C. Row Avenue West.

The victim was identified and is still in the hospital.

On Tuesday, police found and arrested two suspects outside a home on McEwan Avenue. The third suspect was found and arrested a short time later.

Police charged a 46-year-old with kidnapping and forcible confinement.

A 60-year-old was charged with break and enter and aggravated assault.

The final suspect, a 23-year-old, was charged with break and enter, aggravated assault, kidnapping, and forcible confinement.
