Suspect wanted in robbery investigation

Windsor police hope someone can help them identify a suspect in a robbery investigation.

Officers were called to a business on Sandwich Street near Mill Street around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Investigators were told a person concealed several items and tried to leave the store. When the person was confronted, they threatened the employee with a weapon before taking off.

The employee was not physically injured.

The suspect is described as a white man who is around 18 years old, 5'10" tall and slender. At the time of the incident, he wore a red hooded sweatshirt, a black baseball hat, dark-coloured jeans, grey Nike running shoes and a black satchel.
