Windsor police have arrested an additional suspect in connection to an assault earlier this month.
A 14-year-old male has been charged with assault causing bodily harm. He's the fourth teenager to be charged for the same incident.
According to police, on Saturday, March 9, just before 8 p.m., officers responded to a call about an assault on Howard Avenue.
Police said that a 16-year-old boy was waiting for the bus when he was confronted, chased, and attacked by a large group of teenagers.
Following an assault, the victim was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
On Saturday, March 16, police confirmed that they had arrested two 14-year-olds in connection with the case.
This came after the initial arrest of a 14-year-old on Wednesday, March 13.
Police are still working to identify other involved individuals.
