Most-wanted list now includes Windsor shooting suspect

A Windsor man has been placed on Canada's most-wanted suspect list.

The BOLO Program announced Tuesday that it had included John Managhan on its list of Canada's 25 most wanted suspects.

Managhan is number 21 on the list. The 25-year-old is accused of attempted murder in an August 15, 2023, shooting at a home on Pierre Avenue in Windsor.

The 33-year-old victim was rushed to hospital with serious injuries but survived.

Managhan is from British Columbia, but his last known address was in Windsor.

"Since issuing a warrant for Managhan’s arrest, we have worked diligently with our law enforcement partners across Canada in an effort to locate him," said Windsor police Inspector Andrew Randall. "We believe that he is still in the country, and we are committed to doing everything it takes to ensure he is apprehended."

Managhan is described as a White male, 5’ 10”, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached directly.

Another suspect, Kyle Small, was arrested in Michigan in November.
