The Town of LaSalle has its schedule in place for a popular warm-weather tradition.
The LaSalle Night Market summer series for 2024 will kick off on Sunday, May 26.
"We are excited to offer the LaSalle Night Markets again this summer," said LaSalle Director of Culture and Recreation Scott Bisson. "They have grown tremendously in popularity since the markets began with only a handful of vendors in 2018. Now we have over 80 vendors and a waitlist."
Vendors offer handcrafted merchandise, artisan pieces, food, farm-to-table fresh produce, and others.
Live music and entertainment are also part of the series. For the May market, Lauren Baillargeon will perform, and the Border City Barkers Agility Club will give a dog agility show.
The markets are held on the last Sunday of the month from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the LaSalle Civic Centre from May to August. The September edition will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Event Centre on Front Road.
