Just after 11 p.m., officers were called to the area of Westcott Rd and Tecumseh Road. At the scene, officers found shell casings in the roadway.
No injuries or damage were reported.
Investigators are asking residents in the area to check their surveillance or dashcam footage for evidence between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.
