Windsor police would like to speak to a man who witnessed a fatal motorcycle crash last month.
According to police, the collision happened on April 28 at about 8:30 p.m. on Dougall Avenue.
Investigators assure that the person pictured above is not a suspect, but could have vital information about the incident.
