Moving ahead on east Windsor transit terminal, public gets its say

Plans to build a new transit terminal in the east end of the city are in the environmental assessment stage, and part of that includes getting feedback from the public about the project.

The City of Windsor and Dillon Consulting Limited will host a public information centre to share information on how the project has progressed.

The location is at the northwest corner of Lauzon Parkway and Tecumseh Road East.

The meeting will feature drawings of the preferred design and information about anticipated impacts. Project team members will be available to answer questions.

The meeting starts at 4 p.m. on Thursday at the WFCU Centre in the Ontario Room. It should be over by 6 p.m.
