A 41-year-old man has been arrested after a series of attacks near the intersection of Wyandotte Street East and Parent Avenue.
Windsor Police Service said on August 22 at around 11:30 a.m. officers responded to a report of an assault.
When they arrived they discovered a 16-year-old male had been assaulted with a wooden weapon by an unknown individual.
A second person, who was waiting at a nearby bus stop was also attacked by the suspect.
Both were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The male suspect was arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a weapon.
