Windsor police say a high school is clear after what turned out to be an unfounded report of an armed intruder.
Officers responded to Vincent Massey Secondary School at around noon on Friday, for a report that someone with a weapon and a ski mask had entered the building.
A search was conducted, and it was determined that there was no danger.
There were no classes at the school on Friday due to a PA Day, but staff were on the premises.
No additional details were available. The Greater Essex County District School Board referred questions to police as the investigation is still active.
More to come.
