Windsor man charged in Belle River assault

The Ontario Provincial Police charged a 21-year-old Windsor man after an assault in Belle River.

The OPP responded to the assault on Notre Dame Street on October 12, where the victim sustained injuries that required treatment at the hospital.

The suspect faces a count of assault causing bodily harm.

He'll appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on November 28.

Kingsville school threats 'unfounded'
