A 39-year-old is facing charges after an attempted bank robbery Thursday.
Windsor police said at around 2 p.m. a man entered a bank on Ouellette Avenue near University Avenue and handed a note to the teller demanding cash.
The suspect took off before they were given any money.
Officers patrolling downtown quickly located and arrested the suspect.
