Windsor man charged with four child pornography offences

Following an investigation that started 11 days ago, a 40-year-old man faces four child pornography-related offences.

The Windsor Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit got a tip back on November 18 that a local man had child pornography.

On Wednesday, officers arrested a suspect after seizing several electronic devices from his home.

David Young-Langlais faces two counts of possession of child pornography and two of accessing it.
