Two 14-year-olds are facing charges in connection to a kidnapping and armed robbery.
Around 11 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to Dougall Avenue near West Grand Boulevard for a report of a person with a gun.
Windsor police say officers learned two young suspects in a stolen vehicle picked up the first victim, pointed a firearm at their head and threatened them.
The suspects then drove to a second victim's location, threatened them with bear mace and demanded they get into the vehicle.
One of the victims was assaulted and had their shoes stolen.
The suspects then released both victims.
The suspects cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The first suspect was charged with robbery, kidnapping, forcible confinement, pointing a firearm, possession of a firearm while prohibited, assault with a weapon, uttering threats to cause bodily harm, wearing a disguise to commit an offence, possession of stolen property and breach of probation.
The second suspect was charged with kidnapping, robbery, forcible confinement, assault with a weapon, uttering threats to cause bodily harm, possession of stolen property, wearing a disguise to commit an offence, and breach of probation.
The charges have not been proven in court.
