Windsor police say one person has been charged and another is at-large following a series of break-ins last month.
The break-ins happened within three hours in the early morning hours of November 12.
Police say the first one was on Tecumseh Road East near Buckingham Drive. Two suspects were caught on security camera at around 1:45 a.m., attempting to enter the business. They arrived in a white SUV and used a tool to pry open the doors, breaking the glass. The suspects could not gain entry.
Ten minutes later, the suspects broke into a business on Rose-Ville Garden Drive, stealing cash and prescription medication. They then returned to the first location and made another unsuccessful attempt at entry.
Shortly before 3 a.m., the suspects entered a business on Tecumseh Road East near Ferndale Avenue, stealing cash and tools.
Members of the Target Base Unit traced one of the suspects to a home in LaSalle, and that suspect was arrested on Tuesday.
He is charged with two counts of break-and-enter, two counts of attempted break-and-enter, possessing break-in tools, wearing a disguise to commit an offence, and four counts of driving while prohibited.
The charges have not been proven in court.
A surveillance camera image of the second suspect has been released. He is described as a White male wearing a grey hoodie, black pants, white Adidas shoes and blue latex gloves.
