Officials from Windsor Fire and Rescue Services are investigating a house fire on Monday morning.
Firefighters responded to a home on Pelissier Street between Shepherd Street West and Hanna Street West around 7:30 a.m.
Two residents and their four dogs are displaced by the fire, but there were no injuries.
So far, there's no estimate on how much damage the fire caused.
The first phase will include a parking garage, an education, learning and administrative building, and site works for infrastructure supporting future phases.
