A Leamington man has a lot to celebrate this Christmas after he won $50,000 in the Ontario 49 draw earlier this month.
Helio Ferrieria bought the ticket at the Leamington Market on Erie Street South in Leamington.
He won the second prize in the draw on December 4.
Ontario 49 draws are every Wednesday and Saturday.
The first phase will include a parking garage, an education, learning and administrative building, and site works for infrastructure supporting future phases.
