The charges have not been proven in court, and the suspect is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on January 14.

The OPP remind the public to call 911 or 1-888-310-1122 if they suspect an impaired driver behind the wheel. Those who wish to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
