Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) agents have been busy, seizing an assortment of weapons at border crossings.
Over 48 hours this week, agents at four ports of entry, including the two in Windsor, seized firearms, noxious substances, ammunition, and other items.
The seizures were at the Ambassador Bridge and Windsor-Detroit Tunnel, along with the Peace Bridge in Niagara Falls and the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge.
The total haul included six prohibited firearms, 13 magazines, two containers of pepper spray, brass knuckles, a switchblade, and ammunition.
There was no word from the CBSA about fines or arrests.
