Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say a driver was charged following a rollover crash Monday in Lakeshore.
Officers responded at around 3:50 p.m. to Highway 77 in Comber.
The driver was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and the passenger was treated at the scene.
Following an investigation, the driver, a 35-year-old man from Alberta, was charged with impaired driving, driving with excessive blood-alcohol concentration, and assault with intent to resist arrest.
The vehicle was impounded for seven days, and the driver's licence was suspended for 90 days.
The charges have not been proven in court, and the suspect will have a chance to respond to the charges in a Windsor court on February 19.
