Two suspects charged in an attempted murder in January face charges again, this time for breaching their bail conditions.
Damien Richards and Chelsea Adamache were arrested in Toronto in early February after a shooting near Partington Avenue and Algonquin Street.
A total of five people were charged in the incident. The other three are charged with being an accessory after the fact to attempted murder.
Richards faces a list of charges, including attempted murder, pointing a firearm, and possession of a prohibited firearm without holding a license. Adamache was charged with being an accessory after the fact to attempted murder.
Both were granted bail on the condition they obeyed a curfew and non-association conditions.
Earlier this month, bail compliance officers learned the two were violating those conditions, so last Wednesday, they arrested Richards and Adamache at a home on Curry Avenue.
Richards faces four counts of failure to comply with a release order, and Adamache was charged with two counts of the same offence.
