A 37-year-old man faces seven counts of robbery with an offensive weapon and another seven of wearing a disguise with intent to commit an indictable offence after a rash of armed robberies in Windsor.
Between April 15 and May 9, there were seven at convenience stores across the city. In each case, the suspect had a similar description and threatened workers with a weapon.
No one was hurt in any of the robberies.
The Major Crimes Unit identified the suspect and arrested him early Saturday morning as he left an apartment building on Lauzon Road.
