Three bear sprayed in Dougall Avenue attack

Windsor Police are looking for a teenage boy after three people were sprayed with bear spray.

It happened around 11 p.m. on Sunday on Dougall Avenue between Wear Street and Jackson Street.

One person was talking to two others in a parked vehicle when a teen approached them, discharged a noxious substance, and fled.

The Major Crimes Unit urges nearby residents to check their dashcam and surveillance cameras for evidence between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.

Paramedics treated the victims.

The suspect is described as a boy about 15 years old, dressed in dark clothing.
