Windsor police are looking for assistance in identifying two people connected to a motor vehicle theft.
On the morning of Friday, June 20, police were called to an abandoned vehicle on Ouellette Avenue near Park Street. Officers learned that it was stolen from a home on Elsmere Avenue near Ellis Street East.
Two people were seen on surveillance cameras leaving the vehicle on the street and walking away via Maiden Lane.
The first suspect is described as a White male, about 30 years old, with dark-coloured hair. He was wearing a grey sweatshirt, black pants, glasses, and black boots, and carrying two black backpacks.
The second suspect is described as a White female, about 30 years old, with blonde hair in a half-up hairstyle. She was wearing a white sweatshirt, black pants, and white shoes. She had been carrying a large blue bag, a white purse, a small purple backpack, and a black backpack.
