The Windsor-built Chrysler Pacifica has enjoyed a significant sales increase during the second quarter of 2025.
Stellantis Canada released its new sales figures on Wednesday, and they showed that the Pacifica is driving an overall increase in sales of Chrysler-brand models.
Sales of the minivan are up 96 per cent over the second quarter of 2024. Year-to-date, sales of the Pacifica are up by 82 per cent over the period between January and June of 2024.
The automaker said its minivan offerings are the driving force behind a 42 per cent rise in Chrysler brand sales over the second quarter of last year.
The Chrysler Grand Caravan, also built at the Windsor Assembly Plant, saw a year-to-date sales increase of 21 per cent, despite an 11 per cent drop in the second quarter.
Stellantis reported that Canadian sales of the Fiat brand jumped almost fourfold compared to the first half of 2024, led by the popularity of the battery-powered Fiat 500e model.
Commercial and fleet sales were led by the Dodge Ram ProMaster large van, with a 63 per cent sales jump in the quarter.
